Media, Data Privacy & Parental Consent
Media Consent:
“MICA has the right to use my image, likeness, name, and voice in photographs, videos, and recordings taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in various forms of media including, but not limited to, print, online, and broadcast.”
Data Privacy Consent:
“MICA may collect and store my personal information, including my name, address, email, and phone number, for the purpose of event-related communications such as ticket sales, event updates, and feedback. I consent to MICA using my personal information for these purposes and agree that it will be handled in accordance with the event's privacy policy.”
Parental/Guardian Consent:
“As the parent or legal guardian of the minor attending the event, I consent to their participation in the event and related activities. I understand that the event organizers may collect and use personal information for event purposes and the minor's image, likeness, name, and voice in photographs, videos, and recordings taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes..
Code of Conduct
Respect the space: All attendees are expected to respect the venue and property, and to dispose of litter properly.
No disruptive behaviour: any sort of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Any kind of anti-social behaviour under the influence of alcohol will be reported to Garda and the person responsible will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
No harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment and bullying, will not be tolerated.
No illegal activities: Engaging in illegal activities, such as drug use or theft, is strictly prohibited.
Follow the rules: All attendees must follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
Report antisocial behavior: If you witness or experience antisocial behavior, please report it to the event organizers immediately. The community relies on its members to help maintain a positive and safe environment.
Respect others: All attendees are expected to be respectful towards others, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.
